Being uncomfortable and getting started

Read this great post today by photographer and author James Clear about why getting started is more important than succeeding. As much as I say I embrace the unknown and the uncomfortable, I know that I can tend to retreat into what I know as safe. And that is not the way to grow! So it was good to hear this perspective again from another source and take a second look at the life around me. Am I uncomfortable in my movement practice? Am I growing in my relationships?
