About Casey

First sessions consist of initial strength, mobility, visual, coordination, and balance assessments. During this time we will identify problems, create a training plan,  establish goals, and assign at home drills that compliment the program we create.

Training, rehabilitation, and education

In this phase, training not only consist of rehabilitative, mobility, and coordination exercises, but also re-education of functional movement and neural patterns, learning how your brain affects overall movement and health, and coaching new, healthier habits. And now, with the help of CoachNow, you can bring your training home with you.

Sustaining and optimizing performance

We are all athletes, and our jobs require specific movement. Therefore we must train our bodies to optimize our movement, retain our health, and perform to our highest potential. Discover your potential, sustain your mobility and strength, and increase your brain power and movement potential.

Bring your trainer home

We've all had those experiences. Things go great in your personal training session. You have your exercises to practice at home, you're all set to go.....and then you come home. All of the sudden your focus is on the kids, the next meeting, the dinner party on Saturday, and that presentation you have at work. All of your good intentions to practice your exercises go down the drain.

It's time to break the pattern. With daily practice comes progress. Now, with the help of CoachNow, you can take your trainer home with you. Though video, encouraging notes, and accountability, day to day dialogue, clients can develop better habits, sustain the work we do in sessions, and grow into healthier, stronger human beings faster.

You deserve to progress each and every day.Are you up for the challenge?

Casey is exceptional. She started with what I was able to do, and began building a program to meet my specific needs. She is tough on me but very supportive and encouraging. And she notices everything: nothing escapes her attention to detail. I have been working with Casey for several months now, and I am markedly better. -Juliane

Chip and David

"I have been fortunate enough to have been working with Casey for about 2 years in a Pilates studio. Her addition of foundation training has been invaluable for me. My husband was so impressed with my enthusiasm for integrating foundation training into Pilates that he also has started training with her. Casey has a quick eye for weaknesses and needs. She has a definite plan for each of her clients. She is firm and always challenging, but matches that with encouragement and a sense of humor. Casey has done more for us than anyone else ever has. Her continued studies and love of learning enable her to find new and interesting ways to build strength and correct some long-existing weaknesses. We are both very grateful to her. -Chip and David

"When I was first diagnosed, Casey offered to do a Pilates session at my home. I had never done Pilates before and fell in love with the movement. Casey was a big part of my strength training going into surgery. I am grateful she has been able to help myself and other breast cancer survivors since she is Pink Ribbon Certified. She is one talented gem and I am so grateful for her friendship and knowledge of the human body." -Kristin
