First sessions consist of initial strength, mobility, visual, coordination, and balance assessments. During this time we will identify problems, create a training plan, establish goals, and assign at home drills that compliment the program we create.
Training, rehabilitation, and education
In this phase, training not only consist of rehabilitative, mobility, and coordination exercises, but also re-education of functional movement and neural patterns, learning how your brain affects overall movement and health, and coaching new, healthier habits.
